The project included the complete reconstruction of the laundry area of Aretaeio Hospital.

All the electromechanical installations and the equipment of the washing machines as well as all the architectural finishes, floors, upholstery, painting, etc. were completely dismantled and rebuilt with new interior layouts and modern specifications. Also, static surgeries were performed to restore sections of slabs and beams from reinforced concrete and to reinforce the load-bearing masonry from masonry.

Finally, new networks of water supply, sewerage, steam, strong and weak currents and fire detection were constructed.
