The project involved the construction of a new readiness building and was funded by NATO funds.
The frame of the building was a composite construction with reinforced concrete foundation and slabs while the rest of the structure was metal.
Also, all the masonry was of dry construction, cement boards outside and gypsum boards inside and intermediate thermal insulation from mineral wool.The building has the highest energy efficiency that a modern building can have with a thermal facade shell and energy-efficient frames, while the cooling and heating of the building has been established exclusively by heat pumps.
